Our services
Reception of goods
The fulfillment operator accepts and places incoming goods in its warehouse. He acts as an intermediary. The goods are accepted individually, recalculated, a unique barcode is attached to each unit, and an acceptance certificate is drawn up. The client can also be given a report with all the details of the goods.
Storage
The operator stores the goods in his warehouse. The time spent in the warehouse, as a rule, is paid, that is, the longer the goods are in the warehouse, the more expensive the services will cost. There are also restrictions on the placement of goods, for example, goods prohibited for remote sale, such as alcohol, medicines and tobacco, as well as perishable goods, will not work. Small and valuable goods can be stored in special places.
Completion and packaging
After the transfer of information about the order to the warehouse, the goods are completed and packed. Fulfillment operators automate processes, it turns out much faster than the seller to collect them manually on their own. Packaging is made on special equipment, quality is also controlled using automatic systems.
Delivery
Delivery is most often carried out by courier and postal services, sometimes organized by the operator himself. Shipping costs can be reduced through contracts with delivery services and large volumes.
Returns
Often, fulfillment operators take over the work with returns and process them. They can also work with negative reviews, analyze, respond to user comments, and work with seller ratings. All this removes some of the responsibilities from the customer.
